To request a refund or replacement, please email us at sales@allpecans.com with the order number and a brief description of the issue

Once we review your request, we will process a refund or send a replacement. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Cancellations & Order Changes If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@allpecans.com. We can only accommodate changes before the order has been processed for shipping.
